A Find at Home Depot

Eagle-eyed blog enjoyer Sherri found this in the parking lot of Home Depot. Here are my two theories as to its content.

It's iced tea, prepared by a mexican worker so he can take it on the job, and he couldn't afford a water bottle.

It's straight-up urine, filled by a mexican after working on a job site with not porta-potty.

How did it get so full, though? What do you suppose? And how good would it be to taste those beads of moisture?
